Gentle whole cluster pressing with stainless steel tank fermentation and aging - and no secondary fermentation or oak influence - allows the fruit to shine through with little winemaker influence. This is a distinct departure from typical oaky, buttery Napa Chardonnay. If you don't like most Chardonnay, you'll love this food-friendly wine.
