The 2013 PURE RED is a complex blend, that uses six different grape varietals as well has three of our vineyard partners that are committed to grow organically. The earliest harvested grapes were Areté Cabernet 10/2 0/13 and the last was the Pleasant Syrah on 11/13/13. Yeast 797 was used on all of the lots, with fermentation taking place in stainless steel tank with an addition of some ½ ton French Oak.
