The 2011 Vintage was the latest-ever for Oregon and we harvested our Barrel Select Pinot Noir on October 28th. The cool vintage yielded intensely concentrated wines with red fruit and excellent acidity. Yield was 2.3 tons per acre. The 2011 Barrel Select Pinot noir is 55% Dijon clone 777; and 45% Dijon clone 667. It was aged for sixteen months in 33% new French oak barrels.
